1st
day :: Arrival to Opatija
::
Meeting is in a hotel. Afterward we will take a walk through
floral Opatija, enjoying in sightseeing of ancient villas.
Before dinner our guide will inform us on the programme,
and the rest of the evening will be used for agreement and
mutual introduction. |

2nd
day :: North Velebit National Park ::
We will drive to the village Krasno – a small picturesque
mountain village near the
North Velebit National Park, well-known as a place of
pilgrimage (God's
Mother of Krasno). We will hike from there over green
and wooded slopes to the village Kuterevo, famous for its
inhabitants who all make some wooden objects and an excellent
cheese. Shelter
for bears, which for any reason stayed without possibility
of survival in nature, is also situated here. We will visit
the bear shelter and may even play with some of the little
bears as well as visit the village „workshops“
on the local farms, where a souvenir, a useful dish or a
tool can be bought. We will continue by car toward Otocac
and visit alongside the road a picturesque village Sinac
at the spring of the River Gacka, which is protected by
UNESCO
as an "international biosphere preserve".

3rd
day :: Risnjak
National Park ::
The Risnjak
National Park is the only left habitat of Big lynx (biggest
European wild cat) in this part of Europe. The Mountain
and the Risnjak
National Park were named after it. We will hike through
rich and high beech- and fir-tree forest, still preserved
from the acid rains to Risnjak peak (1523 m), which offers
a breath-taking view over boundless greenness of Gorski
Kotar, over the Kvarner islands and Istrian Peninsula, as
well as over the parts of Slovenia. We will descend from
the top over the wonderful green clearings to the place
called Crni lug, where our vehicle is waiting for us. Such
abundance in green vegetation and preserved eco-systems
are difficult to find anywhere nowadays.

4th
day :: Plitvice
National Park ::
On this day we will be again the kingdom of greenness
and abundance of water. We will drive to the Plitvice Lakes,
from which a Park’s bus will take us to the Gornja
Jezera. We will hike from there along numerous cascades,
limestone waterfalls and small waterfalls to Lake Kozjak.
A Park's boat will take us to the Donja Jezera, where we
will continue our stroll around, above and below waterfalls.
After the tour we will move away from the waterfalls and
enjoy in silence under thick beech-tree wood before our
return.

5th
day :: Paklenica
National Park ::
We will drive to Starigrad – Paklenica. From
this point we will walk to the canyon Velika Paklenica,
among impressive rocks, in which the most famous alpinist
climbing site in this part of Europe is situated. Accompanied
by murmur of the spring Paklenica we reach the area of Anica
luk and further uphill to the famous cave Manita pec. The
Cave was adopted for visitsso so we will also make a tour
inside. Afterwards we will continue to visit and look around
Lugarnica, near which are located reconstructed mills built
in a characteristic „paklenica“ style.

6th
day :: Krka
National Park ::
We will drive to the village Brnjica on a plateau
of the canyon of the Cikola River. We will continue on foot
toward the canyon itself, which is overviewed by the impressive
fortress Kljucica dating back from 1330, which we will visit.
We will hike farther toward the mouths of the Cikola and
Krka Rivers, through extremely steep but picturesque canyon
up to Lake Torak - a round lake next to the river, on whose
banks we will rest a little, and possible have a viewing
tour of the hydro-electric power plant of the same name.
We go on farther on the canyon's edge and enjoy the view
of the Cikola's mouth into the Krka River and arrive at
the village Goris. Our vehicle will be waiting for us here,
which will take us to the waterfall Skradinski Buk famous
for its beauty all over the world. We will continue our
pleasant stroll around and between waterfalls (junction
of 17 waterfalls) to the return to the hotel.

7th
day :: Kornati
National Park ::
We will be driven to Zadar,
where we will embark on the ship, which will take us the
kingdom of the Kornati Archipelago. After lunch in the bay
Mir we will leave the ship and take a walk to salt Lake
Mir, around its banks and climb to the edges of cliffs whilst
enjoying in the sights of high sea cut by numerous yachts
and small boats. Return to Zadar
in the afternoon hours.

day :: Return home::
